This workshop - "The Future of the Platform Economy and New Ways of Working in Luxembourg" - will bring together key stakeholders, including public officials, digital platforms, business representatives, trade unions, academics and experts to discuss the latest trends shaping the future of work and the transposition and implementation of the EU Platform Work Directive in Luxembourg.

Format: By invitation only. Closed-door discussion (no media)

The roundtable will bring together a limited group of policymakers, social partners, business representatives, and platform-economy actors to exchange views on how Luxembourg can position itself as a forward-looking, competitive, and socially responsible economy in the context of evolving work models and the forthcoming EU Platform Work Directive (PWD).

The discussion will focus on three interrelated themes:

• Narrative, competitiveness, and talent attraction
• Flexible work models and social protection
• Regulatory clarity in support of innovation

The session is designed to encourage open and constructive exchange. To facilitate this, discussions will take place under Chatham House–style conditions, with no journalists present.
